I have afunny story for you from work from years ago. It seems an Israeli woman was about to deliver a baby and it hurt. The obstetrician was Lebansese, and she did not know it. She screamed out in Hebrew (pardon the phonetics) coosemech. The obstetrician, without batting an eyelash, replied coosemech, coosemach, and they have been greater friends ever since.
