Asher

Forgot to explain the meaning of his name:

Asher is one of the 12 sons of Jacob - a brother of Joseph (the one with the amazing technicolor dreamcoat). Thus, one of the 12 nations of Israel
The root asher in Hebrew means happy

Garbayim is "socks" in Hebrew -- which his mom's owners called him.

So:
Happy Socks!

Side note -- the torah portion this week is about Joseph and his brothers.
Fluke? I don't think so.
